1 /5 Morgan Luksa: If I could leave this branch no stars, I would. I have moved twice during my membership with Farm Bureau and both times it took an act of God to get my address changed. After repeatedly calling to give them my new info (and being assured each time that it would be updated) it was never changed. It took my husband and I getting hit by a drunk driver, having to file an uninsured motorist claim, having our claim processed in a completely different town from where we live, and at least 12 phone calls to finally have it changed. They refused to help us until an annual membership was paid (in addition to our monthly dues). We were never billed for the membership because they had the wrong address. Shannon NEVER answers her cell phone nor returns phone calls. When the office returns phone calls, they have called my mom (who is also a member and is leaving) looking for me when they have both mine and my husbands phone number. If you do happen to speak with someone in the office, they are rude and not knowledgeable. I am terminating my membership as we speak. I would pay twice the amount I currently do to not have to deal with horrific customer service this branch provides.
