Laura Contreras Fred Loya Insurance is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is a disgrace — rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. I’ve never encountered such a careless company. When I needed help, I was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Marquice Hernandez was one of the worst — completely dismissive and condescending No empathy, no accountability, just attitude and excuses. If you want to be ignored, insulted, and left out to dry when it matters most, Fred Loya is the one for you. Otherwise, RUN the other direction.

When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance. Her guidance was invaluable to me and my family. Fast forward to last week. I got my insurance bill - which had significantly increased. I called her, and by close of business she had helped us in getting a much better rate for the same amount of coverage - because she KNOWS insurance!
