1 /5 Olivia Marisela: Never have I experienced such a terrible experience from my own "trusted" insurance agent. Not by choice was All in one insurance my first choice as an insurance agency, but was the agency my last agent sold to. I was with Shani starting Dec.2015 and didnt hear from her as my agent till August2016 when my policy renewed and I wasnt excited to see the premium increase on the renewal. Its now January2017 and it took me moving to another agency to be treated and appreciated as a customer. When I emailed Shani in regards to my concerns, she never replied...though she did call the day after New Years(not mentioning at all a happy holiday season, as part of a great customer experience) referring to my email as not mentioning anything regarding my policy change other than me complaining. I was in disbelief that she would speak to me that way and disconnected the call by informing her I wouldnt continue an unprofessional conversation with her. (Still after this conversation she emailed me) I cant believe the way she treated me, or how I felt so worried about my policy not trusting her next steps. Im happy to now be apart of a very trusted agency.
