Jamie Mccravey I have had Chad as an agent at Farm Bureau for years. He has always been there if I need help or just need to ask questions. When I moved out of state, I was so upset that I would have to find new insurance and a new agent. I have lived in 3 states and had 3 different insurances and agents and lets just say that I am so glad to be back in Texas so that Chad can be my agent and I am back with Texas Farm Bureau!

Kent Fowler Absolute worse experience!!! They falsified information on an insurance app that they submitted just to get my business than 2 months later my rates went up and did absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I will definitely be contacting the BBB

Tamara Autenreith-D. This company deserves a zero rating , rude and doesnt answer there calls or messages . Their client hit me and has not returned any of my calls and now Im reaching out to legal representation because of their irresponsibility, doesnt want to give me a rental car and after 2 months finally called me back amd said since I went through my insurance that he couldnt help me ( its been over 2 months) and you just called me! I left messages for him ( claims adjuster ) and his boss! Took screen shots where I was left several times on hold for over hours each time.
