Then I found Ted Smith and they made my first appeal for me and I was denied a 2nd time ( even though my medical records shows Im disabled) I was devastated but Carole encouraged me to stay strong and persistent. However, every closing company required a survey and title insurance costing up to $2,000. Ted Smith is personable, and his legal fee was well less than using a title company.
