1 /5 Chris Hammond: Worst credit union ever. Got a new car loan. Cannot make a payment because I dont have the loan number because it wasnt given to me. Cant get it on the phone because A.I. keeps asking for a loan number. Hold times to speak to someone are between 40-70 minutes EVERY time I call for the past week. Then I leave my number for a call back and have never been called back. Chatting online is with A.I and is useless. I will pull the loan and refinance with AMOCO, a place where you can get a human on the phone. TDECU is a joke!

5 /5 Osmara Levaron: This bank has improved its customer service. A year ago I had a serious problem, I was leaving on 45 South, too much construction. I was stuck in traffic for around 45 minutes. It was so difficult get with them.I visited recently this bank and they took great care of me, all your staff. I congratulate all the staff! It is also the bank that lends you more money and gives you facilities to have a loan.

1 /5 Miss Laurie: Don’t ever bank here. Talking to someone for mortgage mistakes that they made require a one hour hold on the phone because no one at their office knows anything about mortgages. Forget about getting a call back if you’re disconnected. Everything is the customer’s fault and the customer should have know that. Terrible service.

1 /5 Jerry Rutkiewicz: Use to be good, not the whole company is terrible. The wait time is so long when calling, in person service doesn’t know what they’re doing. My debit card was expired, they told me they would mail me one, they didn’t, went to the bank to get a new card, somehow it was reported as fraud and now I have to get another card, which the fraud department couldn’t transfer me to customer service, now I’m on hold for 20mins. Switching banks.
