He was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days, and Scott really made a difference. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Scott Coutouzis he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and very kind. This is the type of service I look for in any place that I am giving my business. Shout out to the whole team but most of all Mr. Coutouzis for turning my frown upside down and fixing the problem with his knowledge and quick thinking! I only want to come to this location and I will be staying with TDECU.

She handled my case regarding gap insurance from my previous car I financed through TDECU. She was very professional and made sure to keep me updated with the latest information and updates until my case was settled. Thank you Katy!

1 /5 Maribel Encarnacion: If I could put zero stars I would. Worse customer service call center ever . I waited for two days for a representative to come on the line for help with my account, but to no avail. The closest TDECU is an hour away and Im locked out of account. Warning to others, do not open an account with this credit union go somewhere else this grief and inconvenience is not worth this hassle.

1 /5 Ce Ce: First of all I walked up to the front of the building only to find out that they now no longer have an ATM in front of the doors anymore. Second, I drove around to the drive thru ATM. Only for the ATM to eat my entire card and never give it back. The ATM also split out my deposit. I tried to deposit my cash again with my joint account card. Luckily it didnt that card but it didnt take all the cash for my deposit. It gave me back some of the money it wouldnt take the bills. Looks like this is a ongoing issue with this bank. This whole process took about 30 minutes considering when I couldnt get the ATM to work the first time, I had to drive around so I wouldnt keep holding up the line at the ATM. I called to report the issues I was having with the ATM over the phone. The customer service rep answered and couldnt tell me anything. Not why the ATM eat my card, not why the ATM wouldnt except all the money either. She recommended going into a branch to get another card. Of course the bank was closed which was why I was even at the ATM in the first place. And she also told me my money was on hold for days because they need to verify. Verify what? Its a cash deposit not a check. I closed all my accounts days later once I filed a complaint against them and they release the funds in my account. I was able to transfer those funds to another bank. This is the worst credit union in Texas.
