1 /5 LAWRENCE JORDAN: The absolute worst banking experience I have ever had. Cannot see my loan payoff amount online. Cannot make extra payments toward principle online. Can’t login to my account now. Phone rep couldn’t assist me after waiting an hour. Been waiting to chat for almost an hour and nothing. As soon as I get access to my account I am going to pay off my loan and be done with this B.S.. Hopefully my title makes it to my home and it hasnt been lost.

1 /5 Bailey Plisko: This bank is a joke. We are always having issues with them. Wait time is always anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour or two just to talk to someone about the issues they cause. We will be switching. They never have enough employees working and the line almost is always out the door.

1 /5 Elizabeth Galvan: Use to love this credit union. They’ve denied my fraud claims. And good luck talking to a human being on the phone currently been on hold for an hour because THEY locked my account….

1 /5 Paz Marc (Oliver): I have decided to leave this bank due to several ongoing issues that significantly impacted my banking experience. The wait times for service can be extremely long, often taking 2 to 3 hours, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with refunds when mistakes were made on their part, and unfortunately, they were not willing to resolve these issues satisfactorily. Their ATM is frequently out of service, which causes further inconvenience. I also found that the branch management often seemed unresponsive to customer needs, citing policies as reasons for not addressing concerns directly. Tellers mentioned that only the branch manager has the authority to override certain policies, but getting access to this assistance proved challenging. The banks mobile app lacks live chat support, and reaching customer service by phone can be a lengthy process—sometimes taking 45 minutes to an hour, with occasional disconnections and long wait times before speaking to a representative. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, overall, my experience did not meet my expectations. I’ve decided to move my banking to an institution that offers more accessible and responsive customer service.
