The wait times for service can be extremely long, often taking 2 to 3 hours, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with refunds when mistakes were made on their part, and unfortunately, they were not willing to resolve these issues satisfactorily.
Their ATM is frequently out of service, which causes further inconvenience. I also found that the branch management often seemed unresponsive to customer needs, citing policies as reasons for not addressing concerns directly. Tellers mentioned that only the branch manager has the authority to override certain policies, but getting access to this assistance proved challenging.
The banks mobile app lacks live chat support, and reaching customer service by phone can be a lengthy process—sometimes taking 45 minutes to an hour, with occasional disconnections and long wait times before speaking to a representative.
While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, overall, my experience did not meet my expectations. I’ve decided to move my banking to an institution that offers more accessible and responsive customer service.
