I had a cervical spine infusion surgery and Ive been getting calls multiple times a day after the due date. Its hard to heal when you are stressed by these harassing calls. Under 30 days and they start calling everyone you list as reference.

1 /5 Martha Duran: I would give 0 stars if I could. Jessica is the rudest person I have ever spoken to, I was asking her questions and she interrupted me several times. Very very rude I Really hope who ever is her supervisor has a talks with her to give her more training on customer service. People come to your place of business to try to get help and not belittled. I understand you have policies to follow but theres no need to be rude

1 /5 Victor Avila: I was very uncomfortable. 2 of the lady employees were verbally abusing each other while I was there. Very unprofessional. Also the interest is very high. I plan to pay this loan off quickly and never use this company again.
