Tesla James It’s cheap for the same coverage which is great but that’s the extent of it. The entire company is closed on the weekend so if your trying to purchase a vehicle you can’t get coverage to leave the lot. ( the call center won’t set up new policies) They rarely answer the phone even during regular business hours. They have messed up my billing 3-4 times due to lack of communication between departments. All in all it’s quite a hassle having them for insurance but the price makes up for it…mostly.

Sam DeViney Sean Mertz Allstate has an excellent staff that is very responsive and efficient. I am the type of person who likes to do most things electronically (through email or an app). I do not like talking by phone or driving to an office. Seans team has always very quickly and efficiently responded every time I have reached out to them, even before I was a customer. They very quickly quoted and put into place home and auto insurance for us and we have also had a claim processed. This was all done electronically. Pricing is good and they are very good at customer service. I highly recommend them.
