1 /5 Huy Huynh: Please stay away from this agency especially Jane Tran. I first received a quote from her for my auto insurance, but I needed a few days to shop around. I found her quote to be the cheapest, so I contacted her back wanting to sign up with her. But she said she cant honor that quote so I had to get a new quote. She failed to mentioned this at the beginning, she told me this after collecting all of my info and signed paperwork. Thats just the beginning, she claimed to have over 20 years of experience in the insurance field, but she would sell you a premium to an insurance company, Cover insurance, for a cheap price but knowingly tis company would go out business soon. The Reason I know she knows this company if going under soon, bc she called me back after two months saying "this company is have financial issue. Let me sell you a different company." I didnt bother with her and went and shop around and found Geico to be relatively close to what I paying, so I went with them. I tried calling Cover Insurance to cancel and get a partial refund from them, but no luck. I asked Jane to help, and she said she would, but I never hear back from her. I have to remind her about the issue every few months. This has been going on since Sept 2022. Now the company is out of business, and I am out of money! Bottom line is stay away from this agency and especially Jane Tran
