Paige Roberts This place is the only ER I have been to in the past 4 years of dealing with gallstones that actually gave me something for my pain rather than just telling me to get the surgery and watch my diet. I have dealt with 3 other ERs before here and this is the only one who helped with my pain and made me feel like they actually cared. They were extremely busy but were still able to go ahead a give me an ultra sound to were once I was in the room it was a quick and thorough exam by the doctor and extremely fast care by the nurses.

Byron Gregg This review is mainly for the ladies who work up front. They have always been very nice and helpful. None have ever been rude to me. I have a small checking and savings acct there and so far have never had a problem with them. That being said I received an email saying they were removing there ATM machine very soon. Can life go on without ATMs Certainly but its one more thing they are taking from you.night drop is gone also. Like I said earlier this review is mainly for the ladies who work up front

Jalisne Veronica and Jacob are the best and make the Bastrop branch the most pleasant to visit. They both work efficiently and are most helpful with all my Verabank needs.

David Gonzales Catherine is on point will courteous and helpful. Has a great attitude and seems like she likes to work around people. She’s my favorite person to see when I go to cash a check
