Richard Walker I finally found a bank with people who speak to you, follow up, thank you for being a client, and provide the kind of customer service you would expect from someone who handles your financial accounts. 26 years as a customer with B of A finally came to an ugly end, but thanks to the amazing professionals at First Financial Bank of Texas (and I have been to several locations) they are all pleasant and make banking hassle free.

Randal J Smith I needed financing for a transmission work. I initiated my call to Kevin the Branch Manager in the early morning while at work, and by 5:00 pm or shortly after I had my loan. They staff was friendly and helpful and their efforts got my vehicle back to me the next day. They set reasonable payments that should not cause me any hardships. Having your transmission go out is a terrible feeling. These folks contributed to the experience feeling very positive. It is good to have a service out there when it is needed that does require an arm and leg to help you.
