1 /5 Syl Granado: This place should be called the Waiting Room. I swear im here for 30 min or more on the daily! The workers "act" like they are doing something. Mind you I come here every morning and they arent doing anything productive. The branch manager has a head full of hot air. How does this wanna be barbie run this place?? Can we get a staff that actually knows what they are doing and can do their job in a timely manner?!?!

2 /5 Sugar Ray: Ive been sitting here for almost an hour waiting for an employee to report for work that can issue me a new debit card. The tellers say that they cant help me with this issue. This place is so unmanaged. Employees are standing around visiting with each other and here I am waiting for a competent staffer to issue me a new card. Where is the supervisor? Where is management? Dont know..
