5 /5 jeremy scott: I know the owner and have for 20 years. Extremely great guy. Now so the readers know, I do not do business with this company, but I have in the past. Zero problems and theyre very respected not only in the finance field, but in an ethical manner. Also, all the people I have spoken with and worked with there were extremely helpful and outgoing.

1 /5 Doritha Edmond: This company has the rudest customer service EVER! I spoke with an representative months ago and ask to switch my payment method. She did not do it and now they are charging me NSF when they are receiving checks from my insurance provider. I have spoken to three different representatives and all but one was rude and not trying to resolve the issue. I never known one company to have so many nasty and rude people working for them, geesh.

1 /5 Timothy Grueninger: Id recommend not using this company they have been incorrectly reporting to the credit bureaus. Tried talking to them about it. They are so rude and refuse to call me back about the issue. Been talking with a lawyer and getting ready to go after these people

1 /5 Michelle Ostmark: I was shocked at how much they charge for interest and to top it off they never send you a statement, they just keep taking your money. When I asked to pay off a very large amount they refused to waive the credit card fee. When I asked for a supervisor the customer service rep ignored me and I had to ask 3 times and raise my voice before she transferred me! Go through your personal bank or credit union do not use them! Had I received a statement at any point in time this account would have been paid off a lot sooner.

They have a garnishment on paycheck and then sent us a letter saying we are not paying and are trying to make us pay twice on the same thing. 600 dollars comes out of paycheck every pay day for a year and they are trying to steal from us. Dont do business with these long sharks.
