Excellent customer support and patience! my previous review: Heather was very quick to find my application and account which had been a problem on a previous call. She was thorough and walked me through the process of account setup and next steps with a third party partner to Strata, its great to work with people who are great at their job!

5 /5 Paul Meehan: Heather was the third person I spoke with about a transfer from Strata Trust to another account. She was the first person who really had the experience and knowledge to identify the root cause of the transaction being hung up. She seems to me to be the best of the best at Strata Trust. I have had a very good experience at Strata Trust. Like with most organizations, phone support can be spotty. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I hope her management understands the asset she is to the company.

5 /5 Diane Keilman: I have a Roth IRA with Allegiance Gold that is managed through Strata. I have talked with Anthony from Allegiance Gold and Hanny from Strata. I had to take out money twice for things that I had to pay for a roof and repair for my house. Each time they were understanding, professional, and were able to take care of my problem. They also answered all my questions.
