Ted Novosad Wendel has been my agent for 20+ years I recently had a minor accident on a late Saturday Evening. I left a voicemail at that time, knowing they were closed but wanted to inform them of the accident. So surprised,, his employee Mark called my cell almost immediately, late Saturday Evening… assured me everything was ok… Just wonderful knowing that they are prompt and compassionate, very professional and easy to deal with. My experience was made very easy, nice too have such a wonderful agent and his wonderful employees. Followed up with many calls and emails making sure rental and body shop was handled… I didn’t have to do anything at all They handled everything so professional!!
