1 /5 Joshua Scout: This place is an absolute joke, all 3 ladies I have spoken to are completely unprofessional and have no business in this line of work. I did one of there promotional live checks and when I called up there to setup all my information I asked if there was any penalty for paying off early, they then setup a payment for tomorrow and gave me payment reminder call today, when my first payment wasnt due till September 5th. I called and instead of apologizing for setting up this payment, they became rude and defensive. I asked at this point to not be contacted by them anymore as I have already setup the account online and any further discussions from there office would not be necessary as they have been rude every time I have spoken to them. They then start trying to talk down to me about i signed a contract and me not paying will be reported to my credit. Not once did I ever elude to not paying my scheduled payments, I was merely confused on why a few days after signing the check did I already have a payment due. I would stay as far away from this place as possible, this office is in serious need of retraining on customer service.
