1 /5 T Martinez: I called to add a vehicle to my policy when ASHLEY(not sure what she does there)told me my policy had been canceled. She said that someone had sent me emails and called. When I was trying to tell her I had no emails other than about payments and no messages. She just talked over me. I told her they took my payments. She said all it will be refunded and tried to hang up. I asked who her boss was and she said said Kipp. I asked to speak to him and guess what he was unavailable. She is so rude and if this behavior is ok then I guess it is a blessing that I dont have to have insurance with them. I dont write reviews but when you run a business and she is allowed to conduct herself that way with the your customers. Then that tells me allot on how I can expect to be treated. I guess I should of read some of the other reviews that talk about the bad customer service. They must had to speak to Ashley.

Filing claims is a breeze with their help. Theyre not just an insurance agency; theyre deeply involved in our community, which I really admire. 4 /5 Annie Hey: Been here for over 8 years. The only person that has been reliable and always takes care of my accounts is Cathy. I would recommend people to come here only for her. Even after multiple moves, still stuck around for her. I would say, if you are local and can just drive there easily for doc signatures and one on ones, go there and ask for Cathy. Respectfully, this office could do little better with communication, on time manners, and answering lines. All the reviews on here just prove that Cathy is the heart of the place keeping it together. There’s been many agents that come and go. This agent is very skilled, very friendly, professional and educated. She knows everything about life insurance, auto, and more as she’s done this for many years. For customer service she’s at the highest and deserves an award, like ones you see when you enter a place for recognizing their hard work. She will save you as much money as she can and put your needs first. If you have questions or need to change something will guide you on what’s better. She’s very patient and kind. Customer service is very important in maintaining customers. I changed other policies over that required me to go in person and felt local was better for me, but I still kept my cars here.
