John Downes From day 1, everything was smooth with Renovo. Been doing real estate a long long time and by far the best financial group to date. Rates are not conventional rates but that does not matter to me. Quick turnaround time to close and 80% LTV was a deal breaker for me. Excellent team to work and an One Stop Shop per se for those building new or rehab and holding for long term rentals...Nothing but good things to say here :-)

Joe Ojeda VERY disappointed in this facility’s elitist policies. Write a check to someone who worked on my house. They bank at this lousy outfit so they went to cash the check there. They were told that this place “does not cash checks from credit unions” What a bunch elitist snobs thinking my money from a VERY commendable financial institution is not good enough for them. Trust me, I will be spreading the word about these snobs and their ludicrous policies.

Additionally, I greatly appreciated the dealership providing a ride from the airport to their dealership, which was roughly 90 minutes away. James Laurent, the driver, was a true Texas gentleman! To top it all off, Benjamin even texted me during my three-day drive home to ensure everything was going well and that I arrived safely back in the Pacific Northwest. The customer service at Hart Chevrolet is truly top-notch, and I felt exceptionally well taken care of throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership!
