Katie Bonnell So I went in today to open a bank account. I was able to do mine with the manager of the facility. Instead of focusing on what we were doing she was helping everyone else then gradually getting back to what we were working on. Then towards that end after I done stayed that Im not familiar with this bank I really wasnt given any information everything was speed through. No information about online banking, if there is an mobile app no nothing. Also its not a huge deal or anything but anywhere else would give you a folder of some type to put your paper work in. Here nope your just handed this stack of papers along with little ones that could fly away as soon as you step outside. She really didnt explain everything they had to offer either so it wasnt a pleasant experience. Im not impressed and would not recommend due to poor customer service.

Laura Friday, Leslie spent about 15 minutes with me, was concerned and willingly offered her knowledge about fraud and debit cards, after thieves stole several hundred dollars using my debit card #. She was courteous and did not act like I was bothering her plus issued a new card to me. I appreciate that kind of service!
