5 /5 C B: I was "shopping" insurance for both my vehicles and home. Received a "flyer" in the mail and decided to call one afternoon, after hours. I received a text early the next morning from Keshia Edwards with options that would fit my budget. Of course I had a few questions. Keshia promptly called me, addressed my concerns and was able to offer me truly the BEST package of homeowners as well as auto insurance. I had everything emailed to me, set up an account and was able to pay my premiums in full and take effect when I wanted it to. I absolutely recommend Sapp Insurance! I had everything squared away in a short time including filling out paper work to cancel my current insurance which she took care of personally. She made switching to All State easy. She answered my questions and informed me of ways to save money while still having great coverage. I would recommend her and All State to anyone who is searching for insurance.

1 /5 Aric Christman: I got policies through this agency for home and auto in 2024. I had initial issues with my policy being started due to the agent not abiding by the different start dates for home and auto, having to cancel and renew, and some other administrative errors which required additional legwork on my part to ensure I didnt have a gap in coverage. When home insurance policy renewal time came, I clearly stated not to renew as both auto and home insurance went up materially. I requested it not be renewed a month and a half before my policy was up in writing. This was disregarded. The new policy was sent in and funds withdrawn from Escrow. I had to reach out to them again to get the policy canceled, and now get to deal with getting a check in the mail to return to my escrow account. Their home insurance policy premium was in line with market, auto was over 30% higher. This is based on the same coverage compared across four other options, all collected in June 2025. My experiences with their client services leads me to believe that Id be left to figure a lot of things out on my own in the event of a claim or anything that would involve relying on their staff extensively for information/updates/guidance.
