After speaking with Isaias Perez, I switch over all FOUR vehicles and saved a bundle. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional! I’m sooooo glad I made the call!!!

5 /5 Brenda Jones: Im giving Robert, customer service rep who answered the phone this afternoon 5 stars today. I was having a melt down because I could not reach my agent and the new insurance company Foremost was cancelling my policy because of one missed signed document regarding my ownership of a mixed American Staff terrier dog. I have been calling in to AIB since I return home from vacation telling two other customer reps and trying to reach my agent that I would be dropped as of 8/15. Robert was calm and very polite and reassured me he would call the company and get this corrected. Well Foremost kept him on hold for several minutes and he came back and said he would call with the resolution. Sure enough, he called back with confirmation that it was a mistake on the insurance company side and he walked me thru resending back my payment to the company. He is a SUPER Customer Agent! Thank you for all your help.

5 /5 will lawrence: An efficient, honest experience. Roberto "Robert" Martinez was a professional and altruistic representative and I hold him entirely responsible for a fantastic agency interaction. He didnt try to sell me. He gave me information and allowed me time to weigh options without the usual "scratching at the door" experience so common these days. Give him a bonus, or a little framed plaque, or at least a shout out during the next team meeting nobody wants to sit through. Well done.

1 /5 Roger Hanna: I was a client for 12 years with no issues. After my daughter got in a wreck, for the first time they failed to auto-renew my policy and raised the rate, even though the driver who had the accident was no longer on the policy. They dropped the ball so often after that I assumed they wanted me to move on as a client so I did. Do not recommend.
