1 /5 Carol Ann Trevino: If I could leave zero stars, I would. The worst experience I have ever had. My appt with Mr Orozco was on May 5th at 4 pm. I do not live in Los Fresnos, so it was a phone meeting that he was late for. Mr Orozco assured me he would call back by Wednesday, May 7th, after he consulted with another associate. After repeated calls from me to his office with no response from him or his assistant, I finally received a call on May 21, only to be told they could not take my case but would gladly refer me to another practice. My case involves guardianship for my elderly mom. It may not be a ‘big money’ case but it is very important and emotional to me. Apparently, Mr Orozco felt it wasn’t a priority to have the decency to call when he said he would, return my calls, or even ask his assistant to return my calls in a timely manner. Oh did I forget to mention, his firm didn’t hesitate to take $200 before he would even meet with me on May 5th. Others have left good reviews but PLEASE read my review and take my feedback to heart. This is the only review I have ever written because I know life gets in the way and things happen. I felt in my heart it was warranted to share in hopes Mr Orozco and the practice can improve their performance in dealing with any clients, potential or not.
