Its like were old friends- he listened to some unique needs we had, he researched the situation, presented us with what Germania looked like and then listened to my concerns with that, picked up the phone and called the underwriter to make sure they understood and we ended up with better results. Because he took the time to listen to me, and be my voice to Germania, I am still a Germania client and I am proudly a Pratus Insurance client!! Thanks Will- well done!
