1 /5 Yanci Mendez: This has been the worst experience that I’ve ever had anywhere with any customer service. I started my case with them on March 6. I was told that I would be helped ever since the communication has been so freaking horrible. I have to call and call and call and they never get me until like a week later. And then I had submitted all the information that paralegal that was assigned to me needed and then they changed me paralegal and they told me that they don’t have anything that I have sent previously and it’s been like a month since I had had that conversation with him and every time that I try to get in contact with someone else that is in charge of the firm, they always give me the runaround. Please do not go here. It’s been such a freaking nightmare. I am so sick and Tired. Working and working to pay them on time, but they can never do anything on time for me whenever you ask them for more information they just give you attitude and they just give you the runaround. It’s been so ridiculous. Please don’t go here by any means and I really do hope someone Office can reach out to me Something more precise because God I will definitely make sure that I make a video about them talking about how they have been with The receipts with me to show that I’ve actually given them everything that they have asking for and they have done. Absolutely nothing for me.
