1 /5 Ricky Guajardo: Rosalind and her staff are incredibly incompetent in my opinion. I hired her, and in the few communications they were lost about what we had discussed during our previous talks. I told her she should add notes or print out emails of our discussions. She told me I had no right to tell her how to run her business and dropped me as a client keeping the payment I had already made. I feel like it should have been a no brainer to add simple notes or print outs of our conversations instead of being lost when I call. I don’t feel like it’s asking too much for us to be on the same page. Waste of time and money. If you’re thinking of using her services you should definitely reconsider. Shame on her and her office for their lack of caring of their clients. I hope they can do better in the future!

1 /5 Tanya Jones: DO NOT GO HERE!!!I hired Rosalind to help me get full custody of my daughters due to domestic violence history. She confirmed to me this would happen before we went to court. 6 months later we finally make it to court and she had me sign a custody agreement that he could see the girls, I told her this is not right I fear for their life her response “ It’s fine I don’t think he will show up to get them and if he does contact me” of course he shows up to my home demanding to see my girls, I contacted her and she wanted me to pay her again to reopen the case.

1 /5 Steffie Little: Im a Paralegal but I have no experience with family law. I got ALL of my evidence together but she refused to put even A FRACTION of it together. She does do payment plans, but she work is LAZY and she has NO INTENTION of putting any real effort into your case.... simply whatever she can do for the most bang for her buck to rack the bill up. MY EX HUSBAND WIPPED THE FLOOR WITH HER... then the judge reamed her for RESTING the case. My ex has NO LEGAL EXPERIENCE WHAT SO EVER!!! I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL OF THE OTHER REVIEWS!! Her paralegal sits and watches TV all day! Im so pissed and she does do this on purpose!! LEAVE HER BE!!!

1 /5 Vanessa Coleman: 13 years ago I used Rosalind Curtis as an Attornery to represent me in a custody case. Might be modifying custody arrangements all these years later so I’m looking up reviews for attorneys and I thought I would check out my old lawyer’s reviews because my experience was SOOOOOO BAD. Seems my case wasn’t unique and she is still the same. Back then I was very young and going through an ugly custody battle. I was broke and scared. Rosalind Curtis was very reassuring during our consult. My mother had even come along and Mrs Curtis made us feel like she would fight for us. When it actually came down to it, she did show up to the court room a little later than the other attorney. When it came time for our case to be heard she did not mention ANY of the things we needed to address and have the judge hear. This continued to happen. She did not fight for our case at all. She rolled over and let the other attorney have his way. My ex would laugh at me and tell me that his lawyer said my lawyer is known for losing. Hiring her was the worst decision. Going through a stressful time like that she only added to the stress of the situation. I do not recommend her services. And now 13 years later there are internet reviews where we can leave warnings for others not to make the same mistake. Wish I had known back then.

1 /5 Jeanie Doyle: DO Not ever hire this attorney all she will do is take your money and completely lie to you. I hired her back in July 2016 to do a Quadro for me in which she said was no problem. It was a time sensitive matter it had to be done in a 180 days she lied about when she filed it, I had to end up going to court myself and following up on it to find out she had never filed it when she said she did d. Her staff is the most rudest people I have ever delt with they hang up on you and also lie about everything. I had to end up hiring another attorney because she does not know what she is doing. I read some of her reviews after I hired her and they were the worst. Please don’t ever hire her they are running a scam out of her office just take your money and leave you out to dry.
