1 /5 Amparo Valbuena: Worse to zero customer service. I’m paying for something I don’t understand what that is. The lady at the front desk refused to explain me, and gave me no information about my policy. Worst insurance company ever! I can’t wait for the end of the policy to change the insurance company. Every time I have had an issue, they refused to talk to me or gave me partial information, but with my husband they talk with no problem. Discrimination? Racism? I’m Latina and he’s American. What’s their problem?

1 /5 Kenneth Geer: Had a hail storm got an estimate for $6070. Allstate came out and looked under the car and inside the car. He said it was a total loose. Car only had 13000 miles on it. Guess they wanted it for themselfs. Allstate ins is a goner

5 /5 Cheryl Mccall: A claim was submitted and in 2 days the money was in my account. I am truly in good hands with Allstate. I submitted a claim 2 years ago and it was handled the same way. Excellent company to do business with.
