Tamandra Elliott I always dread going to places like this because the people are usually rude and theres usually a super long wait. The people here at the Seguin location were extremely sweet and helpful! The wait was supposed to be an hour but it was only about 30 minutes which was far better than trying to get anything handled over the phone. I suggest just going in and waiting if you need to...they take great care of you.

John Dyck Have dealt with two bankers. Both claimed getting my loan wouldn’t be any problem whatsoever. Both won’t return phone calls or follow up as promised. I do not recommend using this bank for loans.

Diesel Mac I cant say enough about how much I love this bank. I used to bank with "Major Chain" bank and felt like just a number. This bank has a personal touch and is very accessible. It reminds me of the service we used to get "back in the day". I just completed a mortgage with Yolanda and it was the best process Ive ever dealt with in the home finance industry. This place is a bank you can call home. That really says it all, First Financial is the bank you can call home and be treated like family. But here I am again, after several years of doing business with them, wanting to make another review of how great theyve been to work with. Ive bought a house, multiple cars both business and personal, and they continue to be the most accessible and easiest bank Ive ever seen. Great leadership at this bank, Russell is the absolute best!!
