1 /5 Joshua Ledesma: Need better customer service. Girl on the phone needs better training on how to talk to people and how to end a call when someone is being nice. Not just hanging up without saying a word after I say “thank you have a great day.” Get your shit together Destiney.

5 /5 Krystal Neiss: I’ve been here with this bank for quite some time and I’ve asked for a few pens for work and they never hesitate to give them which helps their bank name as well also customer service is always amazing always helpful and knowledgeable I wouldn’t recommend any other bank

2 /5 John Rafferty: Don Wood, you should be ashamed of your employees for not allowing my wife with an infant, to use the bathroom there. We have been members there for a long time, my wife was there depositing a good size check but she was treated like she was some slob off the street. She almost didn’t make it in time to the next restroom she could find! Once I find some time to do it, i’m going to take my banking somewhere else. I also didn’t like it when they changed the name of the bank to 4U sounds cheesy. Apparently the bathrooms there are NOT 4U!!
