1 /5 Denesha: The branch I had to go through was very unprofessional. The manager there was sandy. I spoke to her and told her one of the associates name bree called me and was telling me I missed a payment a while back. And was very rude about it, saying yes you did miss one ...its right her? Sandy corrected it said she was new and now she got it. Then sandy was very rude and had an attitude. I told her this was my first loan ever and I didnt know what a deferment was. She said if you dont want to pay mam then it will be a fee. I told her I never said I didnt want to pay I said I honestly didnt know what it meant. I told her I was going to write a review. She the apologies and said sometimes they are frustrated and deal with a lot of calls and different people. What does that have to do with your customer service. I was so angry. If it wasnt for my credit, I wouldnt have paid this loan off due to unprofessional service. All this could have been avoided but you as a manger let the day get to you. Im just a customer trying to take care of the loan the best way I could. Customer service dont mean nothing at this branch? Very unprofessional.

5 /5 Tr3ThaDj Muzik: This is my location, and I will say that they will take care of you and your needs asap and will always keep you informed on what and how things are going. I called this morning and was walking out the door with a check the same day, unlike the other location that I tried 1st, nothing was left to chance and I will be back for them to help me again and again. So if you need a little help with money to make things work for a short period or long term this is definitely the best place in Garland to go, so when you visit them tell them that you read my review and let them work their magic on your behalf.
