1 /5 Justin: This is nothing against the lovely people that work at this branch. They are amazing and very courteous. Now, This bank is perfect for you if you love being locked out of your account the day before a banking holiday and not notified about it. I am completely stranded right now. This is not the first time though. I have lost several thousand dollars from missing work (Traveling Construction) because they have locked my account past business hours and left me with no one to contact. And don’t even bother trying to finance a car through them. Last December I tried to, I had some unpaid debt so we agreed if I can get that paid off and bring proof that they would approve me for a certain amount with a certain amount down. I paid off 9k in debt and then when I talked to the bank they went back on their word. Said I needed more down and a guarantor. Needless to say in a sense I threw away 9 THOUSAND DOLLARS in the trash and never got my car. Being locked out this time is the last straw. So I’m leaving a review. I will be closing this account down in the near future. I am tired of this.

1 /5 Brittany Thompson: Most employees and tellers are very kind. Horrible wait times at the Jasper location. Not enough staff. Needed help building my credit and they didnt offer much help or information. Closed our account

2 /5 Jay Dahlberg: This is proving to be the worst banking experience of my life! I set up an account for direct deposit over a month ago and the credit union has returned deposits 3 times on the 8th, 14th, 18th of November and again TODAY it has been sent in. As of now my acct still doesnt reflect a deposit! Why in this world of technology cant you get it right. Your customer service attention to detail sucks to say it bluntly. If a govt agency can transfer my money today then why cant your computer recognize and post it received. This is not acceptable I NEED MY MONEY.

1 /5 Hersie Lanaza: Had the most terrible service today! Spent 2hrs just to open an account when this could have been done personally by any of their staffs. Instead, my friend was put into a room and has to do it via a remote computer desktop!! A system that is running so slow with the person on the other end guiding you having some trouble with her connection!! What a stupid way to address client needs!! And btw, did i mention WE SPENT 2 HOURS!! Just to open a new account?? (Really need to repeat that!) Came to work late because of that very inefficient NOT a good customer oriented service at all!
