1 /5 Mark S: Stay away. Far away. Rude. Lacked answers to basic questions. Slammed the phone on me because I was talking faster than he can comprehend which is very unprofessional, could have easily asked nice to repeat. My disclaimer. Of course, this is all my personal opinion from my perception, protected by the first amendment and not stated as fact. Anyone reading my written information waives their right to pursue damages from me and waives all rights to take this matter to court.

1 /5 Tish McChesney: I was referred to this Mr. Wells through the Texas State bar. So I set up a consultation. I was immediately taken back by his gruff communication style but I listened anyway. I answered his interrogation like questions and let him know what I was seeking. His last words to me were “I wouldn’t touch this case with the 10 foot pole.” Just for Reference I was calling on a civil issue not criminal. He gave No advice about what options I had available to me. He gave No advice on who might be able to handle such things, literally Nothing! Sadly, he was quite bitter. Definitely not the person I would want fighting for me. I sincerely pray that he finds joy and happiness!

1 /5 817 TxL8y: Wow, for someone who should be wanting to earn clients, this guy was absolutely rude and disrespectful on an initial conference call that I thought was going to be an explanation of what he could do to help our case if we hired him, even refused to tell us if we had a case at all and he refused to say anything unless we immediately paid him a $2500 retainer and would have to maintain that amount at all times. Ridiculous. Why would anyone retain a lawyer who wont even tell them whether or not he could help them with their case or if we even have a case. Unprofessional, rude, and arrogant person. Glad we at least learned that up front. Never have I dealt with such a rude and disrespectful person in any kind of business. My advice, hire a lawyer elsewhere.

1 /5 Michael and Hayley Barber: Fired this lawyer in court because she thinks me telling my daughter her dog misses her during a phone call is grounds for removal of all phone calls. Terrible experience!
