1 /5 Mike Evans: We are traveling and tried to make a deposit. Not helpful at all and would not complete the transaction. Have been a customer for over 20 years. All they had to do was let me call our bank and confirm. Ive always worked with other Prosperitybanks while traveling! Not happy!

The entire staff is friendly and explained everything clearly about the new account. Jesssica is an extremely kind and caring person who is efficient at her job. Such a delight. You are blessed to have her on your staff!

1 /5 Sama El: Lying and charging me fees I specifically asked about. When I was going to school in Galveston, I opened an account here. I also had one in Houston with my parents. I had to move to California for work. Before I moved, I called specifically to ask if I would get charged any fees on my account. I was told that I would not because I have another linked account that is over the daily balance. So I kept the account open so that I could move money between just in case. They never updated my California address, so I never received the statements. I logged in and realized that they had been charging me $10 a month for the last year. Ive tried calling customer service but they said a local branch manager has to authorize any refunds on fees. Ive been trying multiple times and havent been able to get a hold of said bank manager. Im a medical resident working sometimes 80 hours a week in California and the hours are really difficult to line up and speak to this person. I just want some of my money back because Ive been lied to and its really upsetting. This has been my worst banking experience.
