1 /5 Shawn Hill: Childish and again if you are not known or recognized forget it. I deposit one check try to cash one. Drive through said cant cash it per manager so I enter the facility. Me I need to cash this check Manager I do not recognize you Me thats a good thing because I have never seen you before in my life. Manager and i do.not know the person that had written this check. So no I will not cash. Me explained to here where this fella lives and what he does in the community. Guess what check cashed. Checked signed over to me but they wont deposit. Third party check.... is it really no it is not the original receiver has given up their right and turned the check over to me still 2 party Tried to Mobil deposit check it was to large 2800. I had customer service raise my mobile deposit up from 2500 to 5000. I explained to tellers that I have indeed deposited a check for my brother in my account before. One teller wants to argue that it can not happen. I explained I have indeed performed this task before. Next day my mobile deposit option has been removed. I question Edna bank manager states I turned off your privlage to mobile deposit. What what what SHE TOOK AWAT THE OPTION FOR ME TO MOBILE DEPOSIT BECAUSE I DEPOSITED A CHECK MY BROTHER SIGNED OVER TO ME. I ask this so called manager why? She states I have deposited checks into my account written out to someone not on my account. Me well whom was the check written to Manager i do not know Me when did so Called deposit happen Manager sometime in February. Ok so mobile app deposited check yes that my brother signed over to me. Manager your not allowed to do that. Google check signed over to me and prosperity where it states yes you can. So now that corporate approved my mobile deposit and manager was proven wrong SHE TOOK AWAY MY PRIVILEGE TO MOBILE DEPOSIT. My privilege to put funds in your bank. I stated well guess I b will just close my account. She states good come on down and you can have a good Day. Now have a good . WOW punished for what cooperate allowed and what is 100 percent legal. Punished removed my privilege to put funds in their bank. I hope you are relieved of the position that you are clearly not qualified to be able to perform the duties off. Corporate deposited a check, corporate raised my mobile deposit limit up. Edna plays dictator and removes my privilege to mobile deposit into their bank. Astonishing
