2 /5 Lakeisha Miniefield: My daughter decided to try to get insurance through this agency and was referred to Raquel Luna by a trusted friend. Unfortunately, we did not go through them, not because they couldnt find an affordable premium or anything like that. Its due to the lack of follow-up and urgency. You see, my daughter is a youthful driver out in Austin, and we all know Texas drivers are some of the craziest you will come across, so you can imagine our urgency to get her covered. She is a hard-working young lady and has to get to her bag but safely and covered, of course. Its a shame because we love referrals.
