5 /5 Stephani Smith: We have been Germania customers for over 35 years, we have been through 3 agents retiring from the business and now Dean Smith has retired as well....So, Will Sneed with Pratus Insurance has taken his place and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the customer service I am receiving! Its like were old friends- he listened to some unique needs we had, he researched the situation, presented us with what Germania looked like and then listened to my concerns with that, picked up the phone and called the underwriter to make sure they understood and we ended up with better results. Because he took the time to listen to me, and be my voice to Germania, I am still a Germania client and I am proudly a Pratus Insurance client!! Thanks Will- well done!

1 /5 John Brooks: Home owners insurance goes up 40% on renewal. Been with this company for 20 years and never a claim. Called today to let ask them why is it going up 40% and the response is the cost of lumber. Really! Got the same quoted insurance from progressive home for 5800.00 versus 11,000.00. They obviously don’t value good clients or loyalty. Recommendation is to shop and not work with these guys. Same happened with auto insurance .
