5 /5 Charles Mcwhorter: I love Nan Hawthorne, have always been treated like family here. I have tried several different insurance companies over the years and this place is the very best in Bell county.

1 /5 L J “Jay”: I transferred from another state farms agent to this office about 6mths ago, for a closer agent and I felt the last agent wasnt giving me the discounts I deserved. This office was great at first, I got many of discounts at first, then I asked for them to look at my home coverage over 4 mths ago to get some things fixed. I finally took me haveing to call repeatedly and threating to leave before the actually did something about it. I dont know if all offices of state farms are just understaffed to the point were the cannot keep up with there clients, or just dont truely care. I would really recommend finding a great agent if there is one within this company, for I have no luck, but I like the company for the most part so far....

1 /5 Tara: The whole like a good neighbor is the biggest bunch of bull I have ever heard. We have been with this company for almost 40 years. When an appraiser came out we locked all dogs outside in the front yard. Said appraiser opened front door despite being told this and my blind dog tried to herd her out of the house. He nipped her ankle but did not break the skin. The sheriff deputy laughed, and so did our vet. They demanded that we give them the dog to be destroyed by them. Long story short he was put down by our vet for age and health reasons. Thought it would be the end of it. Nope they demanded to know all of our other pets names before they would renew our insurance. We have land, business, home, and vehicles insured with them for ,40 years. Not anymore. Let me tell what great neighbors they are.....
