3 /5 Darcy Bowen: Update: I did want to mention that both the lady we worked with on our loan and the regional President contacted me to apologize for the service we received. I do think that was very professional of them to do and really appreciated the call. I am changing my rating to a 3 star for that reason. I recommend looking at other banks first. The process here was very unorganized and terrible communication throughout the entire process. Never made it clear what info she needed and then we would send info and she would come back and tell us that isnt what she wanted and would go back and forth. It was taking us months to get our building loan ready to go and were getting nowhere. The person we worked with was very rude and after that, we moved to Worthington Bank and had them pay off our land loan with Pinnacle and got everything approved, all paperwork completed and closed on the building loan all within 2 1/2 weeks! And they are much more pleasant to work with. Should have done that originally!

1 /5 Austin Lindert: Adriana Reynaga was not helpful and set up the account with the name misspelled even though she had all of the papers right there. Didnt explain anything to us just kept telling us no if we asked if we could do a certain type of account vs another. Wasnt happy and felt like we were bothering her just trying to set up my childs account. I do not recommend this branch.

5 /5 Travis Rohrich: Carmen Martinez was so very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful during a very stressful day running errands in a new town after a very stressful move and the like. Very professional--truly a people person doing a good job!

1 /5 Brandy Patterson: My 83 yo Mother In Law went into the bank @ 9am to initiate a $10k wire transfer to me. She was told it went thru fine and everything was good and was provided the receipt and paperwork. It wasnt. No one at the bank reached out to her to let her know there was a problem. It took US calling them before they would investigate. Which, of course was AFTER their Wire Dept closed (noon on a Friday). This was an emergent matter! My Sister In Law had to drop everything and rush from an hour away to the bank along with my MIL @4:30pm. No one would tell the account holders what the problem was. Basically they dropped the ball and customer service was horrible. Cost us an additional $45 dollars to have a cashiers check overnighted. Horrible bank that shouldnt be in business. How are we supposed to trust you with OUR (not your) money? WHY should we trust you with OUR money? Dont bank here..... And of course the check is now lost in the mail. All due to incompetent employees who dont care. UPDATE: They even went as far as to call Adult Services on us for exploitation of the Elderly. Lets just say our Lawyers are now getting involved to review the case and possibly file against that branch and employees involved.

1 /5 That1 Redneck: If you want a reliable bank branch that will help you, or even answer the phone before they close, this is not it. Many occasions I call between 3pm and 4pm and they do not answer. Closing accounts without warning, and causing problems. Just read other reviews. Stay away from this bank. For the love of god.
