1 /5 Joseph Flury: I would like to share my recent experience with your dealership regarding customer service and vehicle issues.
While I appreciate the positive customer service during the initial purchase of my new car, I have encountered difficulties since then. Unfortunately, my vehicle has been turning off unexpectedly, and despite my efforts to reach out over the past few days, I have not received the assistance I need. I feel as though I have been given the runaround, as each representative seems unaware of the situation, and when directed to the main dealership, I was informed they could not provide any help.
Additionally, I believe there is an opportunity for improvement in management communication. The manager I spoke with indicated she would follow up with me, but I have yet to receive any further information.
I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to enhance the support provided to customers facing issues with their vehicles. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
