5 /5 kim rey: Got a great deal on a new car. every one was amazing even offered to drive me to the dealership from Andrews if I needed. All I needed was a $5000 down no co signer and I have okay insurance since I’m young (20) . It was fast and they help me get the best choice for me and my family.

1 /5 Jessica: Be very careful about purchasing insurance for your vehicle through them. They will sell it as "full coverage insurance" but it is only collateral insurance. If you get pulled over their insurance does not cover drivers. Their insurance also does not cover any bodily injury. You are better off purchasing full coverage insurance from a reputable agency who is ethical and practices transparency. Read all the fine print very carefully with these people. What they tell you and what youre signing are completely different. It isnt illegal but it is extremely unethical. They have zero concept of professionalism or good business. I called yesterday asking for a copy of my insurance, as I needed it and was on location two hours away. They told me repeatedly, "we already gave you a copy" and hung up on me repeatedly when I asked them to email me a copy of it. They kept saying, "youre yelling and screaming" and then would hang up on me when I was speaking at a normal volume. I repeatedly tried to explain that what I was told and what I signed were literally the opposite and they kept interrupting me to gaslight me and deny any wrongdoing. They hung up on me six times before I decided to deal with Sewell Ford directly. They also intentionally withheld my license plate. The paper one was expired and even when I called and told them it was expired they did nothing to remedy the situation. I had to call the main Sewell Ford office and they had to make them give me my license plates. They are literally the most unprofessional and unethical entity I have ever done business with. And to participate in the level of deception these people participate in, they know what theyre doing. This isnt a lack of training or a misunderstanding. Its intentional deception and lack of transparency. There are many other places where you can buy vehicles with the same types of arrangements who dont operate in such an unethical and unprofessional manner.

While I appreciate the positive customer service during the initial purchase of my new car, I have encountered difficulties since then. Unfortunately, my vehicle has been turning off unexpectedly, and despite my efforts to reach out over the past few days, I have not received the assistance I need. I feel as though I have been given the runaround, as each representative seems unaware of the situation, and when directed to the main dealership, I was informed they could not provide any help. Additionally, I believe there is an opportunity for improvement in management communication. The manager I spoke with indicated she would follow up with me, but I have yet to receive any further information. 1 /5 Heatherini Sweetcake: Whoever runs the outgoing phonecalls for this company is outrageously rude and unprofessional. I have never encountered such rude strangers in my life! Imagine someone calling YOU demanding info and if you dont immediately provide information they hang up on you only to repeat it another time. Whatever business these people do avoid them at all cost. If they arent responsible or courteous with a persons phone number i wouldnt trust them with any other sensitive information.
