They explain everything clearly, doesn’t rush you, and actually cares about getting you the right coverage, not just selling you something. I felt taken care of, not pressured. Super responsive too. Honestly just a good, trustworthy team. If you’re in Georgetown and want someone who actually has your back, I’d go with them!

Jacob Andrews My car was totaled by one of their drivers. Took 4 days to get a rental, then it was only for 3 days. Then took another week before they told me I had to wait for the title to be recieved before they authorized payment. Thats another 3 to 4 weeks in Texas. Plus the Adjuster wouldnt answer or return calls for 24 hours or longer.

He is very knowledgeable with the insurance industry and is very patient in educating and helping me with any insurance needs I require. Each insurance package he looks at he will sit through with you and go through each section in detail until you fully understand what you are receiving. He will always have the best interest of his clients and is extremely transparent and honest to the point it will not always benefit him which is very rare in an agent. He is very responsive and reachable even at odd hours and if there are any issues you have with the insurance company itself, he will speak to them on your behalf and fight for you and offer wise advice. Above all he is very pleasant to speak with, always cheerful and happy, and will never appear annoyed when you contact him for help.
