David Malone I cannot say enough good things about Nick Lalonde (Third Act Wealth Management). We began visiting with him several years before I retired to help us put a solid retirement plan in place. I must say, I was nervous talking about my money with someone else. However, Nick quickly made us feel at ease by his expertise in his field and he clearly has our best interest at heart. He fully understands that we have retirement dreams. His plan for us included how we could still obtain those dreams while making our money work for us. Nick and his staff make themselves readily available to us whenever we have questions. personal business I give this location a 5 because 1 apple doesnt spoil a tree. Yes I can agree that it isnt perfect but I was very impressed with Lucia ,Christian,Alexandria and a couple others. These three Representatives of the branch go above and beyond. They all have taught me something new about the app, banking, credit card, even multi ways to activate a card. I was most appreciative when Alexandria made it easy for me to accomplish multiple transactions even tho I didnt complete a step prior to arrival, the same with Christian creating a safe space to ask questions with no judgement for my loved ones opening accounts and Lucia going the extra step to make sure the ATM is working, even while in the rain .. I cant say mistakes cant happen and other folks experience arent accurate, what I will say is what I have experience is if I bring something to their attention and its legally allowed(because of course they dont own the bank they just work there as physical beings trying to assist account holders) they always go above and beyond to effectively provide positive results. Lucia does an excellent job as a Manager for a financial facility and treats people with care and respect. I appreciate her work ethic. Definitely are the reason I havent quit this banking system and even told others to join.

Mary Ann Cicala Amy and her team were there for us every step of the way when we refinanced our home. She asked questions about our goals and offered advice to ensure that we fully considered all opportunities. She made the experience fast (but not rushed) and also fun. I recommend her to all my friends and realtors.

Carlos Gonzales Well first of all the lady that took my application wasnt too smart. She took all my information and she told me she would call me in 30 min or and hour I said okay . So I left she never called me. So called about 11:00 clock almost two hour. I called and I ask her what the status on my loan ? Oh I forgot I didnt take your social. So she call me later on and your loan was denied. I dont understand all I wanted was to improve my credit score she could $125.00 and I wouldve mind it. I have credit 4 area in town . And this rinky dinky place denied me. And pay my loan on time never been late.
