Central Texas Farm Credit - Early
Chris Lillibridge My wife and I were in a jam. Wed encountered cost-over runs at every turn trying to get our barn done. We already had a loan with CTFC for $250K. My wife didnt think we could get another one through them so she started to shop around. Long story short, we didnt qualify because of the way our farm is structured, and the way our homestead is laid out. We had the equipment, but most of it was already on the first loan.
