1 /5 Jo Alvarez: Very dissatisfied with this branch. First they got my payment schedule wrong after I reviewed it with them SEVERAL times which caused me to overdraft. Then I brought them all the documentation they wanted so that I could be reimbursed. And THREE weeks later and multiple phone calls, all of which I’m told “it’s been sent to corporate office and they’re working on it” and that someone will be calling me back, which no one has…now I’m being told the paperwork I took them doesn’t show the fees,WHICH IT DOES! They clearly do not care and have horrible customer service. Never doing business with them again.

5 /5 James: The experience was a breeze and much easier than I anticipated. They really came thru in the clutch for me and I definitely recommend having ONE MAIN FINANCIAL in your corner of life throws you a curve ball. Everyones situation may be different but they definitely came thru for me.

1 /5 Ruben Perez: I was about to visit the Edinburg office. Given the vast negative review and employees conduct, I have decided not to do business. To be honest, I am a retired state employee with customer service skills. We have been taught keys words and provide sympathy and help as mush as possible. If this office represents all of OneMain then they dont deserve my business. I will check other business or open an account with a credit union

5 /5 Corina Gonzalez: Juliana Rodriguez was the personal loan specialist that assisted me. She handled everything over the phone & via email. By the time I went into the office, my loan documents were ready to sign. I was very impressed by how quick & easy the entire process was.

1 /5 Jonas: One star review, simply cause I sent them a referral and after inquiring three different times over a period of several months, have still yet to receive what they love to market as $100 for referring a family member or friend. 10/10 would not trust.
