1 /5 Jo Alvarez: Very dissatisfied with this branch. First they got my payment schedule wrong after I reviewed it with them SEVERAL times which caused me to overdraft. Then I brought them all the documentation they wanted so that I could be reimbursed. And THREE weeks later and multiple phone calls, all of which I’m told “it’s been sent to corporate office and they’re working on it” and that someone will be calling me back, which no one has…now I’m being told the paperwork I took them doesn’t show the fees,WHICH IT DOES! They clearly do not care and have horrible customer service. Never doing business with them again.
