2 /5 Kent S.: I opened a loan here and it was so smooth and easy, it was amazing. So great, that I referred a family member. She was also preapproved and provided all documentation. They did a terrible job. She constantly had to follow up, they requested document after document, we would submit them, no one ever confirmed receiving the documents, so we called, they forgot to look at it. They apologized, all was well. It was just one thing after the next to get her loan approved. The guy she worked with was terrible about calling her back, following up after submitting documents, and just in general took something that should have been very easy and simple, and made it soooo overly complicated. I wish she had gotten the experience I received on my visit. In any event, we will search elsewhere for loans in the future, I would recommend others do the same for your own sanity! Don’t let a company treat you this way, YOU are the customer, and with the amount of interest you’ll pay on one of these loans, you should be treated better in my opinion. We ended up using Mariner on Garth, much more professional and prompt.
