Only issue Ive ever had was with Radele today on the phone when she repeatedly spoke to me as if was too ignorant to have an intelligent conversation. I needed one transaction approved instead of my entire card limit being increased but apparently that cant be done with this bank. Talking to people as though you think youre superior in some way shows a lot about a persons character and theres really no place for that kind of attitude in customer service.
