5 /5 Nicole Muir: If I could give more stars I would! Cory at the Granbury branch was amazing helping us solve a predicament we were in. Cory answered all my questions on the phone over the multiple calls I made that day and when we went in got all of our issues solved by the end of the day! It was such a relief for both my husband and I and we are thrilled with the service Cory provided. Saul was also very nice and the virtual teller Renee as well!

5 /5 Mark Horn: Love this Branch. Saul Always takes time for whatever my needs are from replacing my card for my business because it is worn out or getting a loan for my personal needs. They are always there to help and wave and say hello when you walk by. They know you by name not just a number

1 /5 Tonya Smith: Rude! Rude! Rude! Branch manager Roger Hayes is hands down the rudest employee!! Condescending. Arrogant. Rude. Disrespectful. Definitely should NOT be in a managerial position. Closing all of my accounts and switching to another bank that treats their customers with respect, decency, and kindness. I should have listened to multiple people that I work with, that told me to avoid EECU like the plague. Poor personal customer care and service.
