1 /5 Jennie Roberts: What a joke jumped through hoop after hoop even called numerous times told I was approved all to get in for them to say I was unable to get the loan by then asking additional questions of me in office that they could have covered over the phone before wasting my time to run to their office for an appointment that was plintless when they were going to say no anyway. Ridiculous service to tell someone they are approved and ready to go then renege on what they said. Expect to know that you go through about the same amount of questions as buying a home and the documents that I was required to submit should not have been necessary for a personal loan. I can see why i had 2 people tell me already not to come here. To add i have worked with other loan companies before and this was some of the rudest people I have ever worked with both on the phone and in person. Definitely dont make you feel good or assured about anything in the process. Read one of the previous reviews and i would agree they make you feel like a low life and a criminal.

1 /5 Darrell Musick: Dont go here unless you want a hard inquiry on your credit and they say you are approved online for a loan then go up to the office in Denison Tx and they say you need calateral for the loan or they cant help you.The place charges high interest rates and the office manager is pretty rude. Ive had two loans in the past and both was paid in full and they treat you like a criminal because some things have changed on your credit report. They dont care that youve been a great customer for years and paid your loans back. I would go with World Finance or Sun loan company before doing business with them if you dont want them messing your credit up.

5 /5 punkrawkdad: Over the last 10-11 years, we have paid off 4-5 loans with One Main in Denison. Amazing staff. So little hassle to take out a loan. The higher interest rate isnt a big issue, as we pay loans off well before the maturity date. Plus, they will issue much larger qualified loans without collateral.

1 /5 Angi Bowers: Ran a credit check without getting all the information (who does that?) now I have no loan and a tack on mu credit report. It seems to me a professional would get all the information first. Please train your employees better
