When I was looking for someone to insure my car, I wasnt exactly sure where to go or what I need, this being my first car to insure on my own. I contacted this company, per the recommendation of a friend, and spoke with Mechelle. She was incredible and made sure I knew what was going on. She also made sure that I had the best service and policy for what I needed. She understood my concerns and adequately addressed them. I know that I can call this company for help and answers regardless of who I speak with. I recommend this company to anyone who wants good service with good people.

I can always call Mechelle if I have any questions about my coverage or account and she will help me take care of it. Mechelle is great at making sure I am aware of any changes that may occur to my account and works very hard to make sure that I am satisfied with my service. I have been with this company for years and appreciate the care that they have for their customers. I recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company that actually cares.

Because I was a customer, my son received the same benefits and in one step everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend the Copeland Group to anyone for all of their insurance needs.

1 /5 Mike Reed: Been with this company many years. Have my home and both vehicles with them. Last year they raised my auto $40 a month because they said it was industry wide increases. This year $60 a month and same reason. I have no tickets and never filed a claim. $334 a month for my two vehicles. State Farm quoted me $192 and that’s without a discount for bundling my home. $140 less!!! Screw this place and their lack of customer service and retention.
