1 /5 Clay Riner: Ive been with Allstate for many years and am now officially done with this branch a least. Ive never heard one word from anyone who works there. I pay my flood policy annually and has expired twice now in the last 2 years. I would think a courtesy call from someone at the office may have been nice but has never happened. Well, Im done with this place because Im not even sure humans work at the office. Never received any calls. Yall have a great day and good luck with your insurance needs through this place. 5 /5 Leonor Gonzalez: Best agents I have ever had!! Saved a lot when I bundled my house insurance, windstorm and all my vehicles as well. Makes me feel so good that my family is protected. When they say they that we are in good hands, they mean it!

1 /5 moonsprout !: These people are just sales reps, not actual agents, if you need help, dont bother. And when you call the customer service or claims lines, theyll just transfer you until you get frustrated enough to give up. Allstate doesnt actually help their clients, if you get into any situation, you will need to deal with the other agency on your own and make all phone calls on your own. Allstate doesnt actually have people that can get to the bottom of anything, theyll just transfer you to another dept, and another, and another. Not in good hands....

1 /5 Crystal Fuentes: This is a horrible insurance company. After my accident I had to deal with several representatives for every part of the claim. It was a car accident and had to deal with 7 reps from start to finish. I was very much treated as just a number. My vehicle was in excellent condition when the accident occurred but they felt it was worth fair condition. I did not get the fair market value for my vehicle. Also, make sure to check the type of amount of coverage for your car rental. I had a Honda Accord and they said they would only pay for a mini 2 door hatchback and if I needed anything larger I have to pay out of pocket. Finding a vehicle to rent was super difficult. The allstate representative would give me a location to for pickup and when I’d call to confirm they would say they did not have anything available and to get back with the representative. This happened 4 times. I was without a vehicle for 4 days. Mind you, I pay my insurance religiously and have never been late or missed a payment. Once again no compassion or remorse. To top it off, I was injured in the accident bruises and all. I was not able to go back to work for 3 days because of the bruising and swelling and I was not compensated for it and yes I do pay for out of work coverage in my plan. All in all, I was treated horribly, was shorted when it came to the appraisal of my vehicle, and given the run around with the car rental. I am unsatisfied with the way they handled the process and will not trust them with my insurance coverage needs ever again.
